SERMON: Generational Foundations🌅

We serve a God of generations. Generations that build on set foundations. Psalms 11:13. God's plan and blessing of man is generational. It is only us, believers of the new covenant that are always praying for new beginnings and for new foundations. Build up on the foundations of your forefathers.

Youth, be careful with the way you live. You are laying a behavioral foundation for your children's children.

Parents, mind your daily habits, your lifestyle and relationships. Proverbs 20:7. Children notice how you act and live to that act.

If that is the case, what are u passing on to your children?
Note these three things:
*Family altar.
*Family culture.
*Legacy of wealth.

SERMON: Let Reuben Live🪖

God warns us in the Bible about sexual immorality. He warned Israel about in**st in Leviticus 18:6-20. Reuben dishonored his father by sleeping with his concubine in Genesis 35:22. Everything went wrong with Reuben after his actions. He lost his dignity, strength, might and first born blessings.

Absalom, the son of David is another example. He also slept with his father's concubine in 2 Samuel 16:20-23. His life was cut short. Let's not forget his father, King David in 2 Samuel 12:10-12. He killed another man, Uriah and married his wife. He too suffered severe consequences as a result.

Moses in Deuteronomy 33:1-6, blesses Israel. He declares a turnaround blessing over Reuben's tribe. Let Reuben Live!!

Today, you can turn around your situation. It's time to confront your past mistakes and overcome them. Ezekiel 37:3,11,14.
Remember, every battle you win, is a win for your next generation, and every victory you attain is a destiny for your children's children.

SERMON: Equipped For Success🧑‍🏫

Verse: Matthew 25:14-30

God has equipped, empowered, enabled and blessed us with all that we need to succeed. We are to fulfill a mandate that he has given each one of us. We all have a capacity to hold the blessing. As we put to practice our talent, invest our money, build associations, relationships and connections, our capacity will grow.

Fortunes favour the brave. Life is all about risks. If you do nothing, nothing will happen. God has given us talents, do something with them. Each one of us will give an account of what we have done with the blessings God has given to us.

I believe it is a crime as a believer to be poor. We have too many excuses as believers as to why we are poor. What is the common saying? Winners celebrate, losers explain.

I have realized overtime that the battle isn't with the devil, it's within our minds. Your mind is keeping you from succeeding. You are allowing fear to cloud and disrupt you from moving forward. I challenge you believers. Don't be afraid of taking risks. Take the first step.

Remember, you are equipped for success🧑‍🏫.

SERMON: AN ENTREPRENEUR WITH AN OPEN HEART AND OPEN HOME🏡

An entrepreneur spots a problem, takes the initiative to build a business around a solution and assumes the financial risks of the enterprise in exchange for potential profits. He/she has a mind of making business by exercising faith and taking risks through investing his/her own time, money and energy.

Acts 16:14-15. We have a woman called Lydia. One of the first converts in Europe. She was a rich and successful businesswoman who sold expensive purple cloth. Purple symbolized royalty at the time. God opened her heart- she got saved alongside her family. Lydia opened her home to Paul and his company and forced them to stay in her house. She used her resources to help the Man of God preach the gospel thus a Philippian church was established because she opened her heart and her home.

Jesus Christ preached to the wealthy full of knowledge and wealthy in resources. He called Peter and Andrew who had a fishing business(Matthew 4:18-20, Luke 5:1-11); Paul who had a tent business(Acts 18:3); and Luke who was a medical doctor(Colossians 4:14). Rich women from royal houses went around villages with Jesus and his disciples using their own resources to support the ministry(Luke 8:1-3). As you give your hear to Jesus, you must also give your wealth. Wealth of knowledge/skills and material wealth. Jesus needs your open heart and your open home.

As a child of God it is important to be spiritually rich with God and in your heart. You must also be materially rich to support the preaching of the gospel. Over the years we have done well in living for God, speaking in tongues and praying and worshiping God. However, we are still lacking the resources/wealth to influence the world. We have the Priest's anointing but not the King's anointing. We have the wisdom of God but we get despised and our preaching cannot be heard(Ecclesiastes 9:16). To make a high impact as a church, we must have the resources to save our nation. In this world🌍, people respect money more then people(Ecclesiastes 10:19). Money has a commanding voice that when it speaks, everyone listens.

I charge you all to open your heart to God. Make an intentional decision to start a business, to open up your household to the merit of the gospel(Proverbs 21:5). Plans of the diligent leads to profit of the way you live now. Let us become wealthy to spread the gospel just like previous generations have done.

SERMON: FAMILY DIRECTION

Month: Exalting The Family Horn

Every family is special. It exists for a reason, to do great exploits for the Lord. 1 Chronicles 25:5-7. These were the Sons of Herman, to exalt His horn and were all under the direction of their Father. Genesis 18:19. For I have known him and I chose him, so that he may command his children and household after him. This keeps the way of the Lord that He may bring what he has spoken or promised. Genesis 13:1-20, 17:10. Every family has a purpose. As long as Sons have not realised their assignments, they will continue to undermine, scrutinize and sabotage the work of their Father. Ephesians 3:1-3.

Honour your Father and Mother. Ephesians 6:1-6. Not only respect but treat them with value, show love to them not just by words but action.
How?
-Visit them, don't forget them.
-Provide for them. Acts 28:10
-Pray for them.
-Be present and fight for them.
Listen to your Father who begot you and do not despise your Mom when she is old. Proverbs 23:22-25. Let there be a balance.

Sons.. Be a best Son. Preserve your family. Fight for your family, defend it. Psalms 127:5. Be obedient and beware of horns that come to scatter your family. Don't be the weak link. Zacharia 1:17-20. Honour your Father and Mother which is the first commandment with promise that it may be well with you and you many live long on Earth.

Parents.. let's appreciate our children. Let us thank them when they do right. Be careful with your words, don't provoke them to wrath. Correct with love. Ephesians 6:4. Colossians 3:21. Buy them a gift when they do well.

It is the small things that make a difference❤️.

THEME: A Growing Church

SUNDAY SESSION🌇
SERMON: Exalting Family Horn

In exalting the family horn:

1. Marry the right character
Character never fails in describing a person. Look beyond the outward look, you are marrying the inner person. 1 Samuel 16:7. Choose someone with a godly character and living righteously above all things. Look for a man or woman of noble character. Proverbs 31:10. Bible says noble character is more valuable than rubies. She is priceless, he is priceless. It is not easy to find such a person, you must search hard.

1 Peter 3:3-4. Look for an inner beauty of a righteous life. Don't concentrate on good looks and riches. Watch out!! Outside beauty and riches minus godly character is haunting. It will give you sleepless nights. Let me tell you something; Both men and women are gifted in their own ways, but a gifted husband or wife with a wrong character is a gifted weapon for evil. Right character is as priceless as wisdom. That is why God calls a woman wisdom. 1 Samuel 25:25. Abigail and Nabal is an example of a mismatch couple.

2. Break family yokes that steal your blessing
You are born in your family to make the difference, to spread out godly influence and to uplift your family. 1 Chronicles 25:5-7. Genesis 27:34,40. Make a decision today that evil in your family lineage will not hold you ransom. Aren't you tired of the status core? Isaiah 8:18. You are set for a sign and wonder. Psalms 101:1. Don't sleep no slumber until you have what God intended for you and your family through Jesus Christ. God did not rest until satan became our footstool.

Brethren, be a Jabes of your life. 1 Chronicles 4:9-10. Let something bold arise out of you. Let the lion in you arise. Cry out to God in faith like Jabes. Esau cried out to his father Isaac for a blessing. Do the same. You have a Heavenly Father who hears and answers prayers of his beloved.

As you cry out, I pray the God of Heaven hears your prayer. He shall do it for you. You will break the yolk of the family. You will be an agent of change. You will be the difference.
In Jesus mighty name I pray, Amen.

FRIDAY NIGHT SESSION🌃
SERMON: Agent Of Change

The church is the body of Christ. It is both physical and spiritual. Church must grow spirituallly in numbers. Therefore families at home must be healed and united for the church to grow. The spiritual aspect of the family must be sound. If it's not sound, the church family won't be sound. Acts 2:40

Brethren, once you get born again, God wants you to bring the family to him. Everyone is born in their own families for a purpose. It is your duty to be an agent of change. You are an ambassador that Heaven has sent down to be the difference in the family. You carry the anointing and grace that will shift the patterns in the family.

God is not coming down to do it but you will.
Arise anointed one! Arise!! You are the agent of change. God has chosen you to break the patterns, to break the systems and to instill the mechanism of God in the family. I tell you all the time, your lips are anointed. Speak the Word, tell your family about the Word of God. Raise your voice and declare the Word to the family.

Parents, preach the word to your children. Grow your children in the Word of God. When everyone is asleep, wake up and declare your children to God. Declare they will grow in the Lord. Nothing will come between them and Him.

Be the agent of change.
I decree and declare this in Jesus Christ Name.
Amen.
