Message: Tools of Success
We came to God to be saved. Though we are saved, we also need success. And here are some of the tools that lead to success:

1. Wisdom
Wisdom is the ability to apply knowledge with good judgment. It is being sensible and discerning. Wise people are knowledgeable
We are called into the Kingdom of a wise God. Since we are created in His image, we must reflect His identity. As it is written in 1 John 4:17, “As He is, so are we in this world.”

Proverbs 19:8“He who gets wisdom loves his own soul; He who keeps understanding will find good.”Successful people are wise. Prosperity is a sign of wisdom. A lack of wisdom leads people to desire things without having a plan. Successful people are wisdom-led.Money and wealth in the hands of a fool are like fire in the hands of a toddler.

Some people become liabilities and burdens to the Kingdom of God because of a lack of wisdom. These are:
• Passive dreamers
• Procrastinators
• Worriers
In Philippians 4:6, Paul says:
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”

2. Prayer
Salvation has been freely given to us through faith. But when it comes to blessings, we must work and apply principles especially the principle of prayer.We must travail in prayer, just as Hannah did in 1 Samuel 1:12-16. Sweat in prayer to see sweet results.
Isaiah 66:7-8 proves that some things must be endured before they are birthed. You must go through labor pains. Prayer should not be a burden , it is a burden lifter.Don't approach prayer with your mind; approach it with your spirit.The moment you stop praying is the moment you invite anti-success spirits into your life.Prayerlessness empowers carnality, and carnality is the enemy of grace. It kills spirituality.

Message: Altar Sunday

An altar is a place of spirituality. It is the power that determines destinies.The spiritual network where decisions are made. If you want to overcome a battle, you must first confront the altar behind it. When you see spiritual forces dominating a city, know that there is an altar in operation. Many times, we fail to address altars, and when things go wrong, instead of speaking to the altar, we look for someone to blame.

2 Kings 9:22
"Now it happened, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, 'Is it peace, Jehu?' So he answered, 'What peace, as long as the harlotries of your mother Jezebel and her witchcraft are so many?"
Jehu was asking, "How can there be peace while Jezebel is still there?" Jezebel was an altar in the city ,she was deciding the state of peace. Her presence meant the absence of peace. The Bible says Elijah ran from Jezebel. Though he was a prophet, he failed to confront the altar; instead, he fled. Even today, there are powerful people who still fail to address altars. Altars require people who will stand and confront them.

Altars terminate, destroy, and take ownership. Goliath was like an altar . He terrorized Israel and demanded, “Give me a man!” Life was at a standstill because the altar (Goliath) was in control. But Goliath said, “If you overcome me, I will submit to you.” That is the nature of altars.They do submit when we stand to fight and overcome them.
David told Goliath, “I have killed a lion and a bear.” Sometimes, you don’t need to say much , just face your altar with a testimony. The Bible says we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.
Leviticus 6:12–13
"The fire on the altar must be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest is to add firewood..."
A priest must keep feeding the altar with wood so that the fire never goes out.
Judges 6:24 tells us that Gideon built an altar to the Lord and called it "The Lord is Peace." He also destroyed his father’s altar of Baal.Let us destroy evil altars working against our lives.

On Sunday, 6 April, the church was joined by Mrs. Ramaboana and Mr. Mokoti from the Botswana Police Service and the Department of Road Transport and Safety, who educated the congregation on road safety ahead of the Easter holidays.

They highlighted several important points, including:
• Car Worthiness: It is essential to ensure that vehicles are in good condition. This includes checking tires, lights, and other general components. In cases where buses are hired, they emphasized the importance of verifying that drivers possess the proper documentation.
• Driver's Condition: Drivers must be in a proper state to operate a vehicle. They should not be under the influence of alcohol, overly tired, or drowsy. If they are on medication, it should be prescribed and appropriate for driving.
• Passenger and Child Safety: The congregation was encouraged to use baby car seats for infants and avoid overcrowding vehicles. The speakers also warned against using mobile phones while driving and urged everyone to buckle up immediately upon entering a car, including passengers.

This visit comes at a time when the church is growing and recognizing the importance of engaging with external stakeholders.

Message: Character
Character never lies. What character says about you is true. The early fruits or signs that show up in a person’s life reveal their true nature.

Matthew 7:16–19
“You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.”

Character is the inner man ,the true reflection and evidence of who you are. It is the shadow of a person. When you see someone’s character, don’t argue with it believe it. Our problem is that we often ignore character and focus on talents and gifts. But it is character that sustains a person, especially in difficult times.

We must maintain our character, even under pressure or influence. Excuses like “I was under pressure” do not justify a compromise in character.

Job 13:15 teaches us that even though Job was going through great suffering, he maintained his character. A man of good character defend their character.He keeps praying, stays rooted in his faith, and lives a holy life, regardless of what he faces. A good man remains good, no matter the situation.
Job refused to curse God. Paul declared that nothing could separate us from the love of God. And Jesus Himself remained humble,even unto death. Death did not make Him lose His character.Let us be people of character.
