RENEW GENERAL CONFERENCE

Its that time of the year again, join us for our Annual General Conference as we gather for a time of worship, fellowship, and the Word.

We are honored to be joined by Rev. Adam Hunley, the UPCI global missions director. The conference begins on 17 July at 6:30 PM, continues on 18 July at 9:00 AM, and concludes on 19 July at 10:00 AM.

THE FAITH OF A MOTHER

2 Timothy 1:5 When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also.

Today we honoured our mothers at church; not merely because they gave birth, but because many of them gave direction, prayer, correction, sacrifice, and spiritual covering.

🙏Long before some of us knew how to pray… a mother was praying.

🙏Long before we understood worship… a mother was worshipping.

🙏Long before we understood holiness… a mother was living it before our eyes.

🙏Some of the greatest revivals, preachers, missionaries, churches, and testimonies were born in the atmosphere created by praying mothers.

The world celebrates beauty, success, fame, and achievement.

🙌But Heaven still celebrates faith...

1. A MOTHER’S FAITH IS OFTEN THE FIRST BIBLE A CHILD READS
2. GODLY MOTHERS PRODUCE SPIRITUAL LEGACY
3. A MOTHER’S PRAYERS CAN REACH WHERE HER HANDS CANNOT
4. TRUE FAITH MUST BE PRESERVED IN A COMPROMISING GENERATION
5. SOMETIMES THE GREATEST ACT OF FAITH IS SIMPLY REMAINING FAITHFUL

A great two weeks of engagements with Sunday School kids as Sister Mangole taught them on Jesus Healing a Blind Man- the miracle of blind Bartimaeus (Mark 10: 46-52) aas well as Jesus Forgives and Heals- the miracle at Capernaum (Mark 2:1-12). These short lessons are taken from the Sunday School Teacher's Manual- Beginner Level- An Africa Aflame Resource.

In the two main services, we have explored individuals in the Bible who believed GOD but were not saved. The idea is to teach our saints that you maay have been in the church longer than everyone else, you may be giving more than anyone else, all those good characters but, if there haas not been any revelation about JESUS- if you still havent been born again of water and of the Spirit, you are not there yet.

We talked about Saul in the first. How he was unmoveable in his believes but lacked the essentials for the New Birth- the revelation that changed him altogether, including his name from Saul the Persecutor to Paul the Apostle! He received the Holy Spirit and was baptized caalling on the name of the Lord! We then talked about Cornelius- the man the Bible says; He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly. Despite all these, Cornelius also was not saved! Until a revelation came- his goodness was not enough to take him to heaven!

Do not be caught in the same vein. Believing is not enough, you haave to obey fully! BE BAPTIZED IN JESUS NAME AND RECEIVE THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!!!

What a powerful Sunday at Pentecostals of Mochudi! 🙌

Today we had 51 people in attendance as we shared the Word on Biblical Baptism — teaching that baptism is not optional, but a command of Jesus Christ and an essential part of the **New Birth** experience.

We were reminded that:

* Baptism means to be immersed (buried) in water.
* It is done in the Name of Jesus Christ.
* It is for the remission (washing away) of sins.
* It is the moment we take on the Name of Jesus and obey the gospel in faith.

In response to the Word, 10 precious souls were baptized today for the remission of sins in the Name of Jesus Christ — following the exact biblical pattern preached by the Apostles.

📖 “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins…” — Acts 2:38

We give all glory to God for lives transformed and obedience to His Word. This is the Book of Acts Church in action!

Apostolic Faith. One God. One Name — Jesus. ✝️

Today we met for food and fellowship... We had our Christmas lunch with 57 in attendance (with over 35 children)

Pray for us. We have over 10 people who want to be baptized and we are believing in God for such a miracle!
