WHEN WE BOW IN PRAYER, GOD RAISES US IN POWER. 🙏🔥

There are battles we cannot win with our strength, and burdens we cannot carry by ourselves. But when we bow before God in prayer, we place everything into the hands of the One who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or think.

Prayer is not a sign that you are weak. Prayer is a declaration that you know where your strength comes from.

The greatest position you can take is on your knees.

Do not give up praying. Do not stop seeking God. Keep knocking. Keep believing. Keep trusting.

What you cannot change, pray about it.
What you cannot carry, give it to God.
What you cannot understand, trust God with it.

I declare over your life that this week, the hand of God shall rest upon you. You shall walk in divine wisdom, clarity, and direction. You shall not be confused, and you shall not make decisions that will destroy your destiny in the name of Jesus Christ!

I declare that every door ordained by God for you shall open! No power of darkness, no human being, and no opposition shall be able to shut what God has opened for you in the name of Jesus Christ!

This week, I declare that good news shall locate you! You shall receive calls that will bring you joy, messages that will bring you celebration, and testimonies that will make you glorify God in the name of Jesus Christ!

Every hidden trap of the enemy prepared against you this week is exposed and destroyed! You shall not walk into the plans of the wicked. The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in, in the name of Jesus Christ!

I decree that before this week comes to an end, you shall have a testimony that will make you say, “Only God could have done this!”

Message Title: GUARD YOUR DESIRES
Proof Text: Proverbs 23:1–3

People of God, we all desire to be great, and oftentimes, we fall into different traps because of our quest for power, popularity, and riches. We are living in a generation that is not looking for a genuine relationship with God but thinks it can achieve greatness quickly through money, associations, and proximity.

Tensions and contentions in churches, workplaces, and other places are often the result of the desire to be seen, recognized, and acknowledged.

God has inspired me to share some lessons we can learn from being in proximity to powerful, influential, and anointed people:

1. WE HAVE TO GUARD OUR APPETITES
Inner greed is an appetite that must be mastered because great people and powerful positions can offer immense temptations, such as wealth and influence. You must not desire things that are not meant for you.

2. WATCH YOUR WORDS
Proximity can make people comfortable and cause them to forget where they are. Careless speech in high places can ruin your life or career faster than you may imagine.

3. CHECK YOUR MOTIVES
Ask yourself why you want to be close to greatness. If you only want to be close to greatness for personal gain, your selfish motives will eventually expose you.

4. MAINTAIN PROPER RESPECT
Do not assume familiarity simply because you have been invited to the table. Honour the position and the person in authority.

5. LISTEN MORE AND SPEAK LESS
Great tables require observation and wisdom. Learn to listen before you try to lead or share your own opinions.

6. AVOID ENTITLEMENT
Never feel that you deserve the king's favour. Treat every moment as an act of grace rather than a right.

7. PROTECT YOUR CHARACTER
Resist compromise. Power and influence can pressure you to change your values to fit in. Stay true to your core values and morals, even when the temptation to sell out is strong.

8. PREPARE FOR SCRUTINY
People in authority often test those around them. Your actions are always being watched, and small mistakes can carry significant consequences.

9. REMAIN HUMBLE
Do not allow the honour of the room to inflate your ego. Pride goes before a fall, especially when you are in high places.

May God bless His Word and let it remain in the midst of our hearts. Amen.

A foundation is the supporting base or starting point of something. For a building to stand firm it needs a firm foundation so it is with us women, we need the word of God as our foundation or as our supporting base to stand firm in our lives, marriages, families, and even in our respective callings.

We are living in dangerous and perilous times, where deception is increasing and many people are being led away from the truth of God's word, this is why we must be firmly rooted in the word of God. When we know this word of God we will be able to distinguish truth and lies. We will not be easily carried away by every voice that sounds spiritual.

God wants to have a relationship with us and this relationship starts after you have accepted Jesus Christ who is the ultimate foundation and the word of God will reveal to you who Christ is and how we should build our lives upon him.

There is no foundation more secure than Jesus Christ. The foundation we build now, will determine how far we will go in life. If your foundation is weak it will not stand the test of time, it will be shaken
