We are bleeding because we are leading ungrateful congregations..we preach to em while there are busy judging us we preach to em while there are busy gossiping us we preach to em even thou they betrayed us,. The same people we serve diligently spending sleepless nights praying going for days without food so that their situations may change this are the same people who cause us pain.

Dear preacher's remember who called you. YOU are not called by man but God even if men don't take you serious don't lose hope but take God serious .. Don't expect man to make the work of God simple for you they will rather make it worse and heavy.

Since now you know you are called by God don't expect man to understand your pain n struggle put everything in the hands of the Lord he knows the secrets of ur journey.

Tell your self that no man is going to be reason for me to stop preaching.
No man is going make me abounden the work that am called for and i live for.
