Today, the entire Knights of Columbus Kawanggawa Council 9189 celebrates with overflowing pride and gratitude as we witness another remarkable chapter in our council's history.
First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt and resounding congratulations to our very own pride, Worthy Past Grand Knight and Former District Deputy Bro. Crispulo "Caloy" S. Magno, on his well-deserved promotion as Worthy State Officer of the Knights of Columbus Luzon South State. Your unwavering dedication, exemplary leadership, and faithful service have also earned you recognition as one of only ten (10) Outstanding District Deputies in the entire Luzon South Jurisdiction. Your achievement is a testament to a life of servant leadership and an inspiration to every Brother Knight.
We also proudly congratulate our very own Worthy Past Grand Knight Bro. Alfredo "Cocoy" G. Trinidad Jr. on his appointment as Worthy District Deputy of District S-54. Adding to this milestone, he has been recognized as one of only six (6) Outstanding Grand Knights in the whole Luzon South State. Your passion, commitment, and tireless dedication continue to bring honor not only to our council but to the entire Order.

Trinidad Jr., with the invaluable guidance and support of Former District Deputy Bro. Crispulo "Caloy" S. Magno, for earning 🥈 2nd Place in the Knights of Columbus Luzon South Jurisdiction Service Program Contest (Columbian Year 2025–2026) for our Life Program – "Walk for Life."
This achievement reflects our council's unwavering commitment to defending the dignity of life and putting our Faith into Action through meaningful service to God, the Church, and the community.

💡 💡💡The Knights of Columbus Luzon South State covers a vast territory comprising the CAMANAVA Region (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela), the National Capital Region (NCR), the CALABARZON Region, the Bicol Region, and the MIMAROPA Region.
The Knights of Columbus Luzon South State is composed of 186 District Deputies, with each District Deputy overseeing one district composed of three (3) or more councils (Church Fraternal Chapter), each led by a Worthy Grand Knight. Collectively, the Luzon South State is home to more than 700 plus councils.💡 💡 💡
To our beloved Brother Knights, your relentless hard work, humility, and dedication have proven that true leadership is measured not only by titles but by faithful service. To be recognized among the finest leaders and councils in such a vast jurisdiction is an extraordinary achievement and a testament to exceptional leadership, dedication, and faithful service. You have brought great honor to Kawanggawa Council 9189, Our Lady of Sto. Rosario Parish – Pacita 1, San Pedro, Laguna, and to the entire Luzon South State.
As we begin Columbian Year 2026–2027, we look forward with renewed hope and enthusiasm to even greater Faith in Action programs that will continue to serve the Church, strengthen our communities, defend the unborn, uplift our youth, assist families, and support our Brother Knights.
