মালিকরা বিভিন্ন সময়ে দাবি করে আসছেন, একজন চা শ্রমিক নাকি সব মিলিয়ে এখন যা যা সুবিধা পেয়ে থাকেন, তার দৈনিক মোট মূল্য নাকি ৫০০ টাকা। চা শ্রমিকদের মজুরি যখন ১২০ টাকা ছিল, তখনও তারা দাবি করতেন চা শ্রমিকরা যে সব সুবিধা পান, তার মোট মূল্য নাকি তখনকার বাজারমূল্যে ৪০২ টাকা ছিল। কিভাবে চা শ্রমিকদের এই কল্পিত “বিশাল” মজুরিটা নির্ধারণ করা হয়, আসলে এই সব সুযোগ সুবিধার প্রকৃত চিত্রটা কী, এবং প্রাসঙ্গিক কিছু বিষয় নিয়েই আজকের এই লেখা।

This is very important that "our root level child's can't any facility from family, any parson,society. they are not getting good financial support,mind support,family help... to learn from little age. other we are going to see or make a digital BANGLADESH. our digital thinking,steps,activity will never success without child developyent.this is challeng for our country persons,

Our target is to build child base befor admission primary school. 3-5 aged child are totally soft in mind.they like to see any kind of new or creative work.so,this time is sweetable time to make them with intelligency...
