1 John 5:6,12 This is the one who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.

১ যোহন। ২:১৪-১৬

পিতারা, তোমাদিগকে লিখিলাম, কারণ যিনি আদি হইতে আছেন, তোমরা তাঁহাকে জান। যুবকেরা, তোমাদিগকে লিখিলাম, কারণ তোমরা বলবান্‌ এবং ঈশ্বরের বাক্য তোমাদের অন্তরে বাস করে, আর তোমরা সেই পাপাত্মাকে জয় করিয়াছ।
১৫ তোমরা জগৎকে প্রেম করিও না, জগতীস্থ বিষয় সকলও প্রেম করিও না। কেহ যদি জগৎকে প্রেম করে, তবে পিতার প্রেম তাহার অন্তরে নাই।
১৬ কেননা জগতে যে কিছু আছে, মাংসের অভিলাষ, চক্ষুর অভিলাষ, ও জীবিকার দর্প, এ সকল পিতা হইতে নয়, কিন্তু জগৎ হইতে হইয়াছে।

I write to you, dear children, because you know the Father. I write to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God lives in you, and you have overcome the evil one.
15 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.
16 For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world.
