Sister, Islam doesn't oppress women. in fact, Islam respects women so much that it tells men to protect women. From nonmahrams. From troubles. and so on. See how shaitan brainwashes you into thinking that Allah's true religion is BAD?

I cry to Allah. To ease my pain and my sufferings due to my wife whom I loved so much, leaving me. I even prayed tahajjud. But Allah is delaying, only healing me little by little. I told my wife to not study outside, to not have a job and to not use social media. Because it is my job to shape my marriage, take care of my wife's deen and protect her from fitnah so she may get the mercy of Allah and she can relax at home without worries and stress, only focus on her deen. and I'll worry about providing for her. she agreed to obey these rules at first. But then she left my home and divorced me because she wants to study, work outside and she also uses social media now. She didn't understand. She broke me. What do I do in this situation? Only one thing. I believe that Allah is taking time and testing me to give me more than I asked for. All I can do is wait, with the aforementioned hope. When Allah suffices me with more than what I wished for, for how much I have suffered and am still suffering, I'll probably write again to share that he does not leave his true believers in a devastated state. He helps them.

Wives are the target of Shaitan these days.

you told your wife to stay away from fitnah and haram (like going near males and non mahrams, hangouts, her getting a job, using social medias etc.)
but she chose to get a job, get on social media, hangout, and she tells you "I want to explore", "you are controlling me", therefore switching her focus from your marriage and home which she is obliged to give time to, not understanding the fact that you are trying to protect her from zina and haram in order to make Allah forgive her.
Why?
Because Allah doesn't have mercy on a soul who doesn't understand and obey him. He leads them astray. he lets them go to shaitan. Your wife chose satan, and she lost Allah's mercy. and Allah also took from her the ability to understand that the things she's doing are wrong. but Allah gave YOU mercy. because you have the ability to UNDERSTAND that you need to protect your wife from zina, nonmahram males and shaitan. But the one who chose shaitan is her. She has gone astray, my brother. do not worry. Her judgement and punishment shall happen in sha Allah. And you, who wanted to protect your wife for Allah, and YOU, who is hurting right now because of her, shall be rewarded.
