Dhul Hijjah Du'as for the First 10 Days:

1. Du'a for Forgiveness

Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'anni

O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me.

2. Du'a for Ease

Allahumma la sahla illa ma ja'altahu sahla, wa anta taj'alul-hazna idha shi'ta sahla

O Allah, there is no ease other than what You make easy. If You please You ease sorrow.

3. Du'a for Acceptance

Rabbana taqabbal minna innaka anta as-sami'ul-'alim

Our Lord! Accept 'this' from us. You are indeed the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

4. Du'a for Complete Forgiveness

Allahummaghfir li dhanbi kullahu diqqahu wa jillahu wa awwalahu wa akhirahu wa 'alaniyatahu wa sirrahu

O Lord, forgive me all my sins, small and great, first and last, open and secret.

5. Du'a for a Home in Jannah

Rabbi ibni li 'indaka baytan fil-jannah

My Lord! Build me a house in Paradise near You.

May Allah accept our Duas and forgive our all sins.

When the moment finally arrives, you will look back and realise the every delay carried wisdom, every unanswered prayer carried protection, and every tear carried you closer to Him.💛

14/04/2026

Take it easy on your heart… for this world was never meant to be permanent. Not every disappointment is the end of your story. Not every delay is a rejection. Sometimes, life feels heavier than it should plans fall apart, people change, expectations break, and your قلب (heart) quietly carries more than it can explain. But remind yourself gently, this dunya is temporary, and so are the pains within it.

You were never created to find your complete peace here. This world will always be a mixture of joy and اختبار (tests), smiles and tears, ease and hardship. So don’t be too harsh on your heart when things don’t go the way you wished. Don’t burden it with overthinking every outcome, or blaming yourself for every imperfect moment. Take it easy on your heart when it feels tired.
Take it easy when it’s healing. Take it easy when it’s learning to let go. Because not everything you lose is meant to stay, and not everything you go through is meant to break you. Some things are sent to teach you, some to purify you, and some to bring you closer to Allah in ways comfort never could.

Give your heart space to breathe.
Turn your worries into دعا. Let your silence be filled with trust. And remember this life is only a passing journey. The real peace, the unshaken happiness, the forever kind of comfort… is waiting for you beyond this temporary world.

So be gentle with your heart. It is carrying you through a place that was never meant to last.💛

Every time you lose something so precious to your heart, remember this!

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Allah is shy to turn away the hands of His servant when he raises them to Him empty.”

— Sunan Abu Dawud 1488

There is something deeply comforting in this حديث (hadith). It reminds you that every time you lift your hands in دعا, you are not speaking into emptiness you are turning to a Lord who sees, who hears, and who responds.
Allah, in His immense mercy, does not like to let His servant return empty-handed. Think about that for a moment. You raise your hands, perhaps with a trembling heart, perhaps with words that don’t come out perfectly, perhaps with tears you can’t even explain and Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, looks at you with mercy.
He is not waiting for your words to be perfect.

He is not expecting a flawless heart. He simply wants you to turn to Him. Sometimes, we hesitate to make dua. We think, “Will my دعا even be accepted?” or “I’ve made too many mistakes…” But this hadith gently removes that fear. It tells you, don’t hold back. Raise your hands anyway. Ask anyway. Return to Him again and again.
Because when you ask Allah, one of three beautiful things happens.

He gives you exactly what you asked for, or He delays it for a better time, or He replaces it with something far better than what you imagined. So no dua is ever wasted. No moment of calling upon Him is ever lost. Even when you don’t see the answer right away, something is happening. Your دعا is being heard. Your tears are being counted. Your patience is being recorded. And your قلب (heart) is being drawn closer to Him.

So raise your hands often, sincerely, and without hesitation.
Raise them in your quiet nights,
in your سجود (prostration),
in your moments of ضعف (weakness), and even in your moments of gratitude. Because the One you are calling upon is too Merciful to ignore you…too Generous to leave you empty…and too Loving to turn you away.

Astaghfirullah for all the moments we allowed complaints to escape our lips while blessings surrounded us. For the times we overlooked the gifts we have, health, safety, loved ones, and guidance, because we were too focused on what we lacked.

How often have our hearts forgotten that every breath is a mercy and every heartbeat is a sign of life granted by His will? We say we trust Allah, yet when things do not go our way, we question, we doubt, and we despair.

May we never be among the ungrateful. And when we slip, may we be quick to repent, to turn back, and to say Astaghfirullah, for the heedlessness, for the arrogance, and for the forgetfulness.

O Allah, grant us hearts that remember You in ease and in hardship, and make us among the truly grateful. Ameen.

The Prophet ﷺ said: A person is upon the religion of his close friend, so let every one of you look at whom he takes as a close friend.
Sunan Abu Dawud 4833

And when you find the ones who pull you toward Allah rather than away from Him, who make Jannah feel closer just by being themselves, hold onto them with both hands. Not everyone who walks into your life is meant to stay. But the ones who increase your imaan simply by existing near you, they were sent.

The story of Surah Yusuf teaches us that sometimes what we love most is not taken away to punish us, but to purify us. Prophet Yusuf (AS) was separated from his father, Prophet Yaqub (AS), the one who loved him deeply. That pain was never meaningless; it was part of Allah’s plan that elevated Yusuf (AS), strengthened his patience, and brought him closer to Him.

Longing has a purpose. When the heart feels empty, it turns toward Allah. Sometimes Allah removes what we depend on so we learn to depend only on Him. Sometimes He delays what we love to teach us sabr, and sometimes He tests the heart so it becomes softer and more sincere.

Yusuf (AS) went through betrayal, loneliness, and injustice, yet he never lost trust in Allah. In the end, Allah restored everything in a way more beautiful than he could have imagined.

After all the waiting, trials, and sadness, Allah reunited Yusuf (AS) with his father Yaqub (AS).

When Allah says “Kun fa-yakun“ Be, and it is” it is not just a phrase to be admired, it is a truth that reshapes how you see everything. It means that what feels impossible to you is effortlessly possible for Him. What seems delayed in your timeline is never late in His. What appears broken, lost, or beyond repair can be restored in a way you never imagined by a command that requires no time, no process, no limitation. Kun fa-yakun is a reminder that Allah does not struggle to create, to fix, or to change. He simply wills, and it comes into existence. So when your heart is heavy with unanswered duas…

when your الطريق (path) feels blocked…when everything around you tells you “it’s too late” or “it can’t happen”

Remember this:
The One you are asking is the One who says “Be” and it is.
Your دعا is never small in front of His power. Your dreams are never too big for His قدرة (power). Your situation is never too complicated for His command. In a single moment, Allah can change your حال (state), your circumstances, your entire story. But Kun fa-yakun is not only about receiving what you want, it is also about trusting what He chooses. Sometimes He says “Be”… and gives you exactly what you asked for. And sometimes He says “Be”… and gives you something better, something your heart does not yet understand.

So hold onto hope. Even when you don’t see anything changing, know that Allah is never incapable, never unaware, never late. Because when the time is right, when the moment is written, when His wisdom unfolds, He will say “Kun”…and everything will change.💛
