Jammu and Kashmir's armless archer and Paralympics medallist Sheetal Devi edged out quadruple amputee Payal Nag of Odisha to win the gold in a much anticipated clash of the Khelo India Para Games here on Sunday.
In the battle between two teenagers, defending champion Sheetal came from behind to successfully bag her second gold medal of the Games at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Pitted 17-year-old Payal, Sheetal, 18, triumphed 109-103 in their cot
Payal doesn't have all the four limbs as she lost them due to electrocution when she was a child, and she shoots with prosthetic legs.

আজ আমরা ৩–৪ ঘণ্টায় পার হই, তিনি ﷺ হেঁটেছেন ৮ দিন–রাত

মক্কা থেকে মদিনা প্রায় ৪১০ কিলোমিটার। আজ সেই পথ আমরা গাড়িতে তিন–চার ঘণ্টায় পার হই, আরামে, নিশ্চিন্তে, ঠান্ডা বাতাসে। কিন্তু হিজরতের দিনে এই পথটি কেমন ছিল, ভাবার চেষ্টাও আমাদের হৃদয়কে স্পর্শ করে।

রাসূল ﷺ সেই পথ পাড়ি দিয়েছেন আট দিন-রাত ধরে। সঙ্গে ছিলেন হযরত আবু বকর সিদ্দীক (রা.) এবং পথপ্রদর্শক আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু উরাইকিত আল-লাইথি আল-কিনানী। প্রতিটি পদক্ষেপ ছিল ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ, প্রতিটি মুহূর্তে ছিল পরীক্ষা।

একবার ভাবুন তো, কেমন ছিল সেই দিনগুলো? কেমন ছিল সেই রাতগুলো? এটি কোনো সরল মহাসড়ক ছিল না। উঁচু পাহাড়, গহীন উপত্যকা, পাথুরে গিরিপথ, কোথাও খোলা মরুভূমি, কোথাও রুক্ষ প্রান্তর। দিনভর তপ্ত রোদ, রাতে কনকনে ঠান্ডা। চারদিকে শত্রুর নজর, মাথার দাম ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে।

থাওর গুহার অন্ধকারে আশ্রয় নেওয়া। বাইরে শত্রুর পদচারণা, ভেতরে স্থির বিশ্বাস। সেই মুহূর্তে নবী কারীম ﷺ বলেছিলেন, "চিন্তা করো না, আল্লাহ আমাদের সাথে আছেন।"এই ৪৫০ কিলোমিটার(প্রায়) তখন শুধু দূরত্ব ছিল না, এটি ছিল ধৈর্যের মাপ, তাওয়াক্কুলের গভীরতা, ভালোবাসার পরীক্ষা।

রাসূল ﷺ আল্লাহর রাসূল হলেও শরীর ছিল মানুষেরই। ক্লান্তি এসেছিল, পা ব্যথা করেছে, শরীর অবসন্ন হয়েছে। মক্কার মাটি, জন্মভূমি, কাবা, স্মৃতি সব পিছনে ফেলে অজানার পথে যাত্রা করতে হয়েছে।

আজ আমরা সেই ৪৫০ কিলোমিটার পার হই সহজে। কিন্তু কখনও কি আমরা সেই পথটাকে রাসূল ﷺ–এর চোখ দিয়ে দেখি? তাঁর পায়ের ব্যথা, তাঁর ক্লান্তি, তাঁর ধৈর্য অনুভব করি? আমরা হয়তো কেবল কিলোমিটারে দূরত্ব মাপি, কিন্তু রাসূল ﷺ সেই পথ মেপেছেন ধৈর্য, ত্যাগ, আর আল্লাহর প্রতি অটুট বিশ্বাসে।

এই পথের প্রতিটি পদক্ষেপ আমাদের জন্য। আমাদের ঈমানের জন্য। আমাদের উম্মাহর জন্য। এবং সেই কারণেই আজ আমরা ঈমানের আলোয় বাঁচি।
