Rigzin Düpa Tshokor

As part of our fortnightly spiritual program, the sacred Rigzin Düpa Tshokor will be held this coming Saturday at our Centre.

Rigdzin Düpa (“The Assembly of Vidyadharas”) is one of the most important practice texts that comes from the Longchen Nyingthik cycle of teachings and was revealed by the great master Jigme Lingpa. Being an inner guru practice focusing on Padmasambhava as the main deity, it is the source of all blessings and as such practiced by practitioners worldwide. It can be carried out as a concise daily practice, as a tshok practice on the 10th day of the lunar month, or as an intensive drupchen practice.

Announcement: Yumka Dechen Gyelmo Tshok Offering

We are pleased to announce that the sacred Yumka Dechen Gyelmo practice, also known as Khandro Tshokhor, will be held at our Centre this Saturday, on 8th August, 2026. This is the Peaceful Dakini Practice from the Longchen Nyingthik cycle of teachings.

Dechen Gyelmo, meaning “The Queen of Great Bliss,” is a Dakini and an emanation of the supreme Vajrayana goddess Vajrayogini (Dorje Naljorma). This profound practice helps us connect with our natural awareness (rigpa), beyond ordinary thinking and dualistic views.

The central deity of this practice is Yeshe Tsogyal, the enlightened 8th-century Tibetan princess and principal spiritual consort of Guru Padmasambhava.
