Visit by Michael Duckett, Director of Indigenous Ministry

Wednesday 5th November at 11am at St Davids Thirroul.

Michael will be joining us at Friendship Service this coming Wednesday.

He is the pastor for Macarthur Indigenous Church and this year took on the important role of Director of Indigenous Ministry for Sydney diocese.

BYO lunch to follow. All welcome.

Pastor’s house Tanzania Update

Going up! The parish house is almost finished!

This coming week should see roof timbers and iron sheets attached.

The rainy season has just commenced so the house will be completed just in time to see Mtechura and his wife Sinevia safely sheltered .

Please note that starting tomorrow (June 1st), our St David’s Sunday evening service will begin at 6pm during the Winter months of June, July and August.

Our morning service is at the usual time of 9:30am.

Thrilled to be able to join Michael Duckett and many of our indigenous Christian brothers and sisters in celebrating Michael’s appointment as Director of Indigenous Ministries for Sydney diocese.

It was a time of song, prayer and inspiring witness in the Wesley Chapel in Sydney on Saturday afternoon.

St Davids @ Thirroul

Friendship = being there for one another.

Service = worshipping in the church God has brought us to.

Our Friendship Service is held on the first Wednesday of every month and is a time to meet, share in worship, and enjoy a BYO lunch together. A good place to bring a friend who may feel isolated or who has been disconnected from church for a while.

We are meeting this week on Wednesday 2nd March at 11am at St Davids in Roxburgh Ave Thirroul.
