We are incredibly proud to celebrate Mrs Maria Nikolakopoulos, who was acknowledged at the NSW Volunteer of the Year Awards, hosted annually by The Centre for Volunteering.

These awards recognise the remarkable individuals who give their time, energy and heart to supporting others and strengthening communities across New South Wales.

Mrs Nikolakopoulos’ acknowledgement is a wonderful reflection of her generosity, compassion and longstanding commitment to volunteering with the Mother Maria of Paris Mission. Through her service, she continues to give generously of her time and talents, supporting others and making a meaningful difference.

Congratulations, Maria, on this well-deserved acknowledgement. We are so proud of you and deeply grateful for all that you do!

On Father’s Day, our Parish invited all the fathers of our Church to receive a small gift and a small expression of our gratitude and appreciation — a keychain featuring an icon of our Panagia or a Cross.

May God bless all the father figures and we thank all of you for your prayers, love and support you have shown towards our Parish!

For the past two Sundays our Philoptochos have prepared their famous and fresh loukoumades which became a hit. The funds raised will be going towards their initiative in helping our Church and the wider community.

Well done to these amazing ladies who volunteer their time continuously for such an important cause!
