To recite Takbīr of Tashrīq is wājib after every Farḍ Ṣalāh in a Masjid congregation, starting from Fajr Ṣalāh on the 9th Dhū al-Ḥijjah (Wednesday 27th May) for five days until and including ‘Aṣr Ṣalāh of the 13th of Dhū al-Ḥijjah (Sunday 31st May).

Reciting the takbīr al-tashrīq once is wājib and three times is better (afḍal), when praying as part of a congregation in a Masjid.

It is not wāji,b but rewardin,g if the munfarid (person praying alone) recitesthe takbīr of tashrī;, sisters can also quietly recite the takbīr.

*Takbīrāt of Tashrīq*

اللّٰهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللّٰهُ أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَاللّٰهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللّٰهُ أَكْبَرُ اللّٰهُ أَكْبَرُ وَلِلّٰهِ الْحَمْدُ

Allāhu Akbar, Allāhu Akbar. Lā ilāha Illal-Lāhu Wal-Lāhu Akbar. Allāhu Akbar Allāhu Akbar Wa Lil-Lāhil-ḥamd.

Allāh is the Greatest, Allāh is the Greatest. There is no God besides Allāh, and Allāh is the Greatest. Allāh is the Greatest, Allāh is the Greatest, and all praises belong to Him Alone.
