We’re excited to share that Sydney Missionary & Bible College - SMBC has now publicly announced Pastor Elliot's appointment as Lecturer in Practical Theology and Christian Thought.

As we shared at our Extraordinary Congregational Meeting on Sunday, while this marks a significant new chapter for Elliot and Sherilyn, we’re thankful that it also marks an exciting new chapter for The Well Church.

More information will be made publicly available in due course. In the mean time, we encourage you to read our latest newsletter update which will contain some helpful information.

Please pray for our elders as they love and lead us through this transition!

It is with joy and thanks to God that SMBC announces the appointment of Rev Dr Elliot Ku as Lecturer in Practical Theology and Christian Thought.

Elliot holds a DMin in Pastoral Ministry from Talbot School of Theology. He has served as an ordained minister in various Presbyterian churches in Sydney, and has taught at both Christ College in Sydney, and Equip Seminary in Malaysia.

“Elliot is passionate about raising up the next generation of loving and skilled gospel workers, and helping them integrate theological conviction with wise ministry practice. I’m really excited to have Elliot join our team. Please join me in celebrating God’s provision as we welcome Elliot to the SMBC community!”
– Derek Brotherson, SMBC Principal
