Thursday is Leader Appreciation Day at Kidsfest (or at least we make it that!). These wonderful volunteers are the ones who make Kidsfest happen. They bring their skills, their time, their care for the children and their enthusiasm each day, with some even giving up work or part of their school holidays.

Day 4 of Kidsfest THE WILD. Nerf Wars was the biggest hit, with target practice and then all out war in the jungle. Our stone secret for today was revealed - that God is our Saviour. Making snow globes for craft was lots of fun and a great memory to take home of the awesome fun of Kidsfest. Ready for our final day for 2026 tomorrow!

Day 3 at Kidsfest THE WILD was a wild ride! Lindy Urban and the team led us on an exploration for the 3rd Stone Secret, that God is our Protector. We made Jungle Creature pens and bag tags, tackled Human Hungry Hippos in the wilderness, and of course had more fun the the Jungle Gym Inflatables. All week, we have been looked after with yummy morning tea supplies in the Snake Snack Shack by our amazing cooks.

This afternoon, our team went home to rest up ready for 2 more days of adventure to come!

We slithered into Day 2 of Kidsfest THE WILD with more fun and excitement. Painting rattle snakes was a hit, with some very intricate designs and creativity. We were given the second stone secret - exploring how God is our Provider. The Gorilla group had requested "the chocolate game" but rolling a 6 seemed a bit tricky at first. Stay tuned for Day 3 to come!
