Stress is one of the highest cause of many physical pain symptoms & misalignments. Not only does it affect our mental state but as well as our emotional health.
Stress can show up physically through:
- tense shoulder & neck pain
- Irritable bowels
- Chest pains
- Back pains
Emotionally is can appear as:
- Reactive to situations
- Random spurts of anger
- Burst of tears
- Sadness & feelings of lost
And mentally we can see this as:
- unable to make decisions
- Unable to think clearly
- Unable to relax & be present

Journalling thoughts clears the mental & emotional bodies. Get a massage to move stress & stagnation in the body.
