Delivering joy and prosperity to families.

We are still winding down from our excitement and joy of Christmas Cheer 🎄
Thankyou to many local groups and people for your incredible support and donations. We were able to make many families Christmas a little brighter by providing food hampers to those doing it tough and also making sure every child had a gift to open in the morning!

A massive shout out goes to Kmart Clarkson and Bunnings Mindarie as without their continued support, Christmas Cheer would not be able to proceed every year. Their generosity of tubs of food and toys put smiles on so many faces!

Thankyou to every volunteer who supported our mission. Together, we made sure our community wasn't alone.

Last night was really special for our Merriwa Salvos community 🎄✨

We loved seeing families and friends enjoying the simple fun together — games, mini golf, face painting, airbrush tattoos, ice creams, croissants, and even ponies. Then we gathered for carols, welcomed a visit from Santa, and took time to remember the true heart of Christmas — the birth of baby Jesus.

Thank you to everyone who came along and shared the evening with us. We’re so grateful to be part of such a beautiful community. 🎄✨

A massive thank you to our community for supporting our Christmas appeal this year!

The Salvation Army WA would like to take this time to say a very big THANK YOU to all our generous donors that have donated to the 2025 Salvation Army WA Christmas Appeal.

We have received donations from Corporate's, Schools and via the Kmart Wishing tree.

These donations extend from giving of time at our Corps sorting and wrapping gifts, financial, food and toys.

These donations comprise time, financial resources, food, and toys. Notwithstanding the current economic challenges, we are humbled by the outpouring of generosity.

This week, our Corps will be distributing these extraordinary donations to individuals who may not have been able to experience the joy of a Christmas gift or share in a festive meal without your kindness.

Again thank you for your generosity, we would love to name you all but we don't want to omit anyone.
