Hear from our wonderful lay evangelist Sarah Seabrook share about relational evangelism!

We do long to see our friends and family won for Jesus, but women are often concerned about evangelism leading to relational fallout. That can come from, or lead to, a lack of confidence in speaking up when the opportunity presents. Then there's the fact that lots of us are stretched relationally and investments in evangelism can feel a bit much.

However, the opportunities for women to share the love of Jesus and to explain the hope we have are enormous, especially because many of us have a vast array of connection points with other women in our community. It may be through work, or secular community groups, or even through church activities, like ESL or playtime. Sometimes we just need encouragement to know how and what to say when!

The ENC Head Office provides financial, employment and governance support to a range of church plants, evangelists, and start-up projects. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is keen to use their administrative skills to support gospel proclamation.

We are after an Executive and Administrative Assistant to support our Director and Assistant Director in their various responsibilities, provide administrative assistance to the ENC Office team and oversee our communications and website.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist Director & Assistant Director in their work
- Office Management & administrative support to ENC Office
- Events planning e.g. staff meetings, team days, annual conference
- Managing website and communications through social media channels, quarterly newsletters and annual report
