🌟 Synod Gathering in Townsville 🌟

We are grateful to share that representatives from our parish and Catholic schools recently participated in the Synod Gathering in Townsville. It was a valuable opportunity to listen, reflect, and discern together as we continue the journey of becoming a more missionary, welcoming, and Christ-centred Church.

The Synod invites all of us to walk together, guided by the Holy Spirit, as we seek new ways to live and share the Gospel in our communities.

We ask all parishioners to keep this important mission in your prayers. May the vision and hopes that emerged from the Synod become a reality in our parish, our schools, and throughout our Diocese. May God guide us with wisdom, courage, and unity as we continue this journey together.

🌹 Mary Help of Christians Mass 🌹

All parishioners and families are warmly invited to join us for the celebration of the Mary Help of Christians Mass.

📅 Wednesday 20th May
🕕 6.00pm Mass
🚶 Procession to follow after Mass
🌭 BBQ provided afterwards

We would also greatly appreciate if anyone is able to bring along some sweets to share with the community following the celebration.

🕊️ In Loving Memory

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear Brother Lou (also known as Brother Walker / Kevin Walker) this afternoon.

We give thanks to God for his life, his faith, and the love he shared so generously with our community.
