We are a team dedicated to developing leaders to launch new Gospel work for marginalised communities.

We’d love you to join us for a special day of encouragement, connection and practical ministry insights, focused on building resilience in ourselves, our churches and the communities we serve.
The day will feature:
• Keynote speaker Billy Williams
• Encouraging devotional and ministry updates from our ministry partners
• Practical workshops on trauma-informed pastoral care, devotional resilience, coaching, discipleship and ministering to the next generation
• A panel discussion exploring keys to building resilience in marginalised cultural communities
• Opportunities to connect with other ministry leaders and workers
• Morning tea, coffee, tea and lunch provided
With contributions from ministry partners including Reach Australia, Vocational Bible College, Anglicare and others, this is a great opportunity to be encouraged, equipped and connected.

Billy is from the Gamilaraay people, originally from Collarenebri, and now runs a ministry farm outside Dalby, Queensland. He previously served as the Indigenous pastor at a large Baptist church in Brisbane before moving into the farm ministry, where he welcomes people—often young men—to connect with God through the land.

Billy has spoken at a number of events, including the NRL Rookie Camp, where he spoke with incoming players about understanding culture. We feel Billy will bring a fresh and valuable perspective to the conference, and we are excited about having him join us.
