In this seminar we will draw on Scripture and practical relationship tools and insights drawn from the research and techniques of from John and Julie Gottman.

Topics include:
Communication and emotional connection
Navigating conflict well
Building trust and safety
Strengthening friendship and intimacy
Understanding relational patterns
Growing in empathy, listening, and resilience

This seminar is suitable for couples and any relationship (parent/child, work colleagues, friends) you are wanting to grow and aims to create a warm, practical, and hope-filled environment for growth and encouragement.
