A lot of people are trying to work out how much of their role technology will change. Others are so focused on efficiency that they are forgetting what people actually need from leadership.
This reel puts its finger on something important. The more automated work becomes, the more valuable distinctly human qualities become. Empathy. Judgment. Presence. Discernment. The ability to listen well. The ability to hold a difficult conversation with care. The ability to see what is happening beneath the surface and respond wisely. Those are not secondary skills. In many roles, they are becoming the main thing.
Christians in the marketplace should pay close attention here. Learning new tools matters. But so does protecting the parts of your character and leadership that technology cannot reproduce. Speed is useful. Efficiency is useful. But people still need to be seen, heard, and led by someone real.
