Being MISSIONARY FAMILIES OF CHRIST is more than just a name. It is something we must DO. We are all called to go on MISSION. Ourselves, with our spouse, with our families, our household, our Chapter, our Area.

Find that Parish. That Province. That country. And GO!
Connect with those people who need God, and GO!

Online and on street, GO!

We are COMMANDED
Do not be frightened
Do not be dismayed

We are STRONG
We are COURAGEOUS

And when we go, where we go, the Lord is with us.

We’re preparing a special day of prayer, formation, sharing, fellowship, and creativity—where we will reflect on how we are rooted, growing and blooming in Christ.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to step away from our busy lives, spend quality time with our sisters, deepen our relationship with Jesus and be strengthened for our call and mission.

🤖 BEYOND THE PROMPT 🕊️🔥

We live in a time when AI can answer questions, generate ideas, and help us accomplish so much with just a prompt. But when life asks deeper questions, when we need wisdom, direction, courage, and discernment, where do we turn?

At this month’s MFC Melbourne General Assembly, we were reminded that our greatest Helper is not artificial intelligence. Our Helper is the Holy Spirit. 🕊️

“The Advocate, the Holy Spirit… will teach you everything and remind you of all that I have told you.”
John 14:26

Pope Leo XIV reminds us in Magnifica Humanitas that technology should serve the human person, not replace what makes us truly human. AI can process information, but it cannot replace our conscience, our freedom, our relationships, our responsibility, or our God given dignity. True discernment requires more than information. It requires a heart that listens. 🙏

AI may help us find an answer, but the Holy Spirit helps us discern the right path. AI can respond to our prompt, but the Holy Spirit can transform our hearts.

So perhaps the question is not simply, “What should I ask AI?”
Maybe we also need to ask, “Holy Spirit, what are You trying to teach me?”

May we learn to go beyond the prompt: to pause, pray, listen, discern, and allow the Holy Spirit to guide our choices, our families, our relationships, and our mission. 🔥🕊️

Come, Holy Spirit. Teach us. Remind us. Guide us. Lead us closer to Jesus. ❤️

A home rooted in Christ is built with love, strengthened by prayer, and restored through forgiveness. 🙏❤️

Lat night, we are reminded: forgive as we have been forgiven, love as Christ loves, and make our homes a place where God dwells. 🏠✝️

Grateful for this household, this fellowship, and our September celebrants. 🎂✨
