ACYF is a national event established by the Australian Bishops to provide young people with the opportunity to come together to connect, deepen their relationship with Jesus, be empowered to live their faith and experience the breadth of the Church. The Australian Catholic Youth Festival (ACYF) is a national gathering of young Catholics established by the Australian Bishops for those in Year 9 – 2

5 year of age. Run over three days, ACYF provides young people from all across Australia with the opportunity to come together to connect, deepen their relationship with Jesus, be empowered to live their faith in the world and experience the breadth of the Church in Australia. The Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne is excited to be hosting the next ACYF from 30 November – 2 December, 2025 and is looking forward to welcoming thousands of young people to Melbourne.

Six months ago today, ACYF Melbourne 2025 concluded. Over those few unforgettable days the Church came alive! The vibrant faith of 6,000 pilgrims was a radiant sign of Christ among us.
