We are pleased to announce the timetable for the Throema Dangyang Teaching Session by Lama Karma for all new Throema practitioners. We also warmly welcome all old members and practitioners to join the teaching sessions and refresh their practice and understanding.

Saturday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Additional Information

Khenpo Ugyen Nima will teach on Refuge (Chab Dro) from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm on 07/06/2026.

All practitioners are welcome to join the session.

Note: Teaching sessions will not be held if they coincide with our scheduled events such as Fortnight Tshogkor and other important programs.

We once again warmly welcome everyone to take this precious opportunity to receive the teachings and practice together.

Today, we joyfully celebrated Saga Dawa Düchen, one of the most sacred days in Buddhism, commemorating the birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana of Lord Buddha. We sincerely thank all practitioners & Dawa Tshering for sponsoring whole day meal.
May the merit accumulated on this holy day bring peace, happiness, and blessings to all sentient beings.

Today, in accordance with the auspicious Duechen Ngazom, we gathered to perform the sacred Throema Tshokkor practice. On this special occasion, the precious relics of the Buddha were respectfully displayed for practitioners to receive blessings and make offerings.
