Our hearts are broken after the tragic events in Bondi yesterday. What was meant to be a joyous celebration of Hanukkah for the Jewish community turned into a nightmare we never expected to see in our country.

Our prayers are with the victims families, the first responders, the witnesses and the Jewish community. On this dark day we pray for peace, comfort and calm as everyone processes what has occurred.

Our church community stands with all who have been impacted.

In Matthew 13, Jesus said the seeds planted on rocky ground wither while the ones planted in good soil produce a harvest. Maybe this is the season God is tilling the soil of your heart. Removing what can’t stay, breaking up the hard ground, making space for what He’s ready to plant. Prepare the soil and His blessings will follow. 🌾
