Money Raised by Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea

The Women of the Greek Community Committee would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who supported Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea held on 28 May.

Thanks to the generosity of the supporters, a total of $15,524 was raised this year. This brings the amount raised over 21 years of hosting the event to an outstanding $224,458.10.

These funds go directly to Cancer Council WA to support vital cancer research, prevention programs, and support services for those affected by cancer. Every dollar raised helps bring us closer to a future free from cancer.

The Committee thanks everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, and contributed to the success of this year's event. Your generosity and community spirit continue to make a real difference.

The St Tabitha Philoptochos Committee was privileged to join with many wonderful women from our Greek community in organising and supporting Australia's Biggest Morning Tea.

The day was a beautiful reflection of the generosity, compassion and fellowship that are at the heart of our community. Through the efforts of so many volunteers, supporters and attendees, we came together not only to share food and friendship, but also to raise much-needed funds for those affected by cancer.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their time, talents and kindness. It is inspiring to see women working together with a shared purpose, creating a warm and welcoming event while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We are grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive community and look forward to continuing this tradition of service and fellowship.

Dear friends,

Our Feast Day Luncheon for Saints Constantine & Helene is THIS SUNDAY 24 MAY — and we would absolutely love to see our hall filled with parishioners, families, and friends as we come together to celebrate our patron saints. ❤️

At the moment we still have plenty of tickets available, and we are really encouraging everyone to come along, organise a table with family and friends, and support our church community.

This is not just a luncheon — it is a beautiful celebration and an important fundraiser for our church. Every ticket sold directly supports the life and ministry of Saints Constantine & Helene Church.
