What is the Kingdom of Heaven really like? 🌾✨

Today we explored Jesus’ parables in Our readings from Matthew 13:31–33, 44–52, where Jesus shares a series of parables about the Kingdom of Heaven.

Nat shared the kids’ talk using two bowls of dough—one with yeast and one without. It was a wonderful visual reminder that although God’s Kingdom may begin in ways that seem small, like yeast in dough, it grows and transforms everything it touches.

Neil then unpacked the parables, reminding us that we are the treasure. Just as the man joyfully sold everything to buy the field containing the hidden treasure, Jesus willingly gave everything to redeem us. His sacrifice shows just how precious we are to Him.

May we never lose sight of the incredible value Christ places on each one of us, and may His Kingdom continue to grow in our hearts and lives.

“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field… In his joy he went and sold all he had and bought that field.” — Matthew 13:44

📢 RAIN Kids Club Update 💙💜💚

After much thought, we’ve decided to take a short break from our Monday night RAIN Kids Club for the remainder of this term.

During this time, we’ll be praying, planning and looking ahead to what God has in store for our children’s and youth ministries.

While Monday nights will be on pause, we’re excited to let you know that our Kids Camp is still going ahead in September, and we can’t wait to share more details with you soon!

Thank you to all of the wonderful children, families and volunteers who have been part of RAIN Kids Club. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing what the future holds.
