An amazing weekend again at Spanda Ambu Retreat with Frida and Gabriel.

This time out in the garden, birds creating a beautiful background song during the Tai Chi session in the fresh open air. Indoors the body release work and partner experience in Contact Impro, offering two modalities of sharing our own inner story of feeling, sensing and joy, while meditative sounds, jazzy harmonies and Tango rhythms enhanced the movement flow.
