Vulnerability can feel risky. For many of us, it hasn’t always been safe.

When scripture speaks of being “naked and unashamed,” it paints a picture of trust - being fully known and still fully loved.

This isn’t about oversharing or ignoring boundaries. Healing takes wisdom, safety and time.

But many of us learned to hide - wearing “fig leaves” of strength or image because shame told us we had to.

What if love grows where hiding ends?

At Neos Church, there’s no pressure to expose everything - just space to be honest at your own pace and discover you’re still welcomed.

You don’t have to pretend here.

You’re invited. 🤍

Church isn’t perfect - because people aren’t perfect. And that includes all of us.

Abuse or unhealthy environments are real and should never be minimised.

Normal tension however is inevitable when different people grow together.

Jesus brought together people who saw the world differently - and He formed them into family.

Maybe tension isn’t always a red flag. Maybe sometimes it’s an invitation to grow in humility, forgiveness and love.

If you’re looking for a community that’s growing, not pretending...

You’re invited.

Righteousness can be a heavy word. For some, it feels like pressure. For others, like a standard we could never reach. And for some, it’s caused real hurt.

This isn’t about dismissing truth or watering down faith. It’s a sincere question: What does righteousness look like when lived the way Jesus lived it?

Jesus didn’t separate righteousness from mercy. He embodied both - full of truth and compassion.

If you’ve felt exhausted trying to “get it right,” you’re not alone. God’s heart has always been restoration.

This is an invitation - not to lower the standard - but to discover that the standard looks like love in action.

You’re welcome.

The Bible was never meant to be read as a one-dimensional book.

When we slow down and pay attention to genre, context and audience, scripture opens up in powerful ways, not fragmented, but beautifully connected.

Learning how the Bible works changes how we hear its message and how we see Jesus at the centre of it all.

This Sunday, we’re taking church outside 🌿

Inspired by Jubilee - God’s vision of freedom, restoration and renewed relationships - we’re gathering in the life of our community because Jubilee looks like welcome, generosity, rest and togetherness.

Join us for BBQ, conversations, games and time together.

Some of Jesus’ hardest teachings are also His most misunderstood.

What sounds passive on the surface is actually bold, courageous and deeply transformative.

When we read scripture through its original context, familiar verses come alive and faith becomes something that challenges us, not something that keeps us comfortable.
