OLPH Parish Announcements | September 05 & 06
1. As we celebrate the Birthday of Mother Mary on Tuesday, September 8, all parishioners are encouraged to bring flowers to offer to Mama Mary after the 7:00 PM Holy Mass. Let us come together as a parish family and honour our Blessed Mother with flowers, love and gratitude.
2. The Mangalorean Community of our parish invites all Konkani-speaking faithful to celebrate Monthi Fest: the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, on Sunday, 13th September. Holy Mass in Konkani will be celebrated at 10:15 AM, with Rev. Fr. Darick D’Souza, OFM Cap., as the Main Celebrant. Following the Holy Mass, there will be a flower showering ceremony at the Grotto, followed by a cultural programme & fellowship meal.
3. St. Padre Pio of Pietrelcina Church in Dibba, a substation of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, will begin the Padre PIo Novena Masses on Friday, 11th September, at 7:00 PM. The Feast Day will be celebrated on Sunday, 20th September.
4. The Catechism classes for the academic year 2026–2027 will begin on Sunday, 20 September. The online registration link has been circulated in the parish groups. It is also available on our page, Instagram page, and Parish website. Kindly complete the registration on or before Tuesday, 15 September.
5. We invite parishioners who are interested to serve in the Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion and Ushers Ministry. Those who wish to join these ministries are kindly requested to contact the Parish Office before 22 September.
